Club Rules
Sweat hard, play nice.Our house runs on high-vibes, respect, and support. We're all here to get stronger and lift each other up — so
respect the space, clean up after yourself, and don't hog the equipment. Follow these simple rules to keep the
TrainMore urban playground a safe zone where everyone can push their limits.
01 More people. More fun.
Please make sure you have a valid membership, if you do, WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! We promise you: You’ll keep coming back for MORE. Check in with your personal QR code in the TrainMore app
02 Lock it up.
We know TrainMore feels like home to you, but please don't leave your stuff lying around. We
don't recommend bringing high-value items to the club. Lock it up in one of our lockers and
always use a padlock. Better safe than sorry!
03 You love our equipment, right?
Be kind to our equipment — they have feelings too — and always follow the instructions of our
hosts. Please don't throw weights and make sure to re-rack them in pairs. Don't forget to use
your towel!
04 Personal Training.
TrainMore offers Personal Training to all our members. It's not allowed to train with your own
personal trainer. TrainMore is keeping an eye on this.
05 Be nice.
Everyone should feel safe and comfortable in our club. We accept no racism, sexism,
discrimination, or any form of intimidation. If you experience any harassment, inform us or
submit a complaint via our app or the contact form on our website . We are here for you
06 ‘Hello, you’ve reached the voicemail of a gym rat.’

07 TrainMore style.
The treadmill is not your runway. We're here to train, please wear your sports gear.
08 Filming & Shoots
You may take photos and videos, but not of others without their consent and without causing
disruption. Recording devices such as Google Glass are not allowed. For professional shoots,
please obtain official permission from our head office first.
