If you sign up for a membership, you may receive a number of free months or days at the beginning or end of
your contract as part of a promotion. The exact number of free months or days varies depending on the club
and the type of membership you choose. These free months or days may or may not be included in the
selected membership duration. Note that during the promotional period, the £1 discount does not apply.
EXAMPLE
You sign up on 1 September 2026 for a 1-year (12-month) membership. Your promotion allows you to train for
free until 1 October 2026. You will start paying your membership fee from 1 October 2026, with payments due
on the 1st of each month. Your membership will end on 31 August 2027 and will automatically convert into a
Flex membership, which you can cancel with one month’s notice.
Note: The above does not apply to our corporate B2B memberships. For thesememberships, the free period is not included in the 1-year membership but is provided as an additional promotion. Please check the end date of your membership in the confirmation email.
