Create an account in the EGYM app and link it to your phone using NFC or your wristband.
Log in with your email and connect to the HUB. There, you’ll perform an InBody scan to measure your body composition and record your height through the HUB.
The EGYM machines automatically adjust to your height and body structure. Then perform your strength test on four machines: the Seated Row, Chest Press, Abdominal Crunch, and Leg Extension. This sets your personal baseline. Keep training at your own level by checking in on the EGYM equipment each time.
Based on your results, including strength, flexibility, cardio (VO₂ max), and InBody data, EGYM creates a personalized training plan just for you. You will also see your BioAge, which indicates how “young” or “old” your body performs compared to your actual age, based on strength, flexibility, metabolism, and fitness.
